911 was recommended by Richmond water heaters i still have the warranty so that itself was a blessing called them made an appointment and Mark came out he was so professional hands on told me not to worry he would have my water heater running in about 30 to 45 minutes and he came through would definitely recommend this company to family and friends Thank you

We had a new Hot Water heater installed by a plumbing company. Shortly after, we kept finding water on the floor. The plumber blamed it on a leaking tank and the manufacturer sent Dan out under the warranty. Dan quickly diagnosed it as a pressure release problem. He ran tests to verify and carefully explained the issue and what he was doing. We had an expansion tank installed, and have not had any water on the floor since. I would call HotWater911 first from now on.

Greg was helpful to talk to on the phone this afternoon. Dan came to the building on time and tested our water heater. He had the right parts and made the repair quickly. Now we have hot water – great news for a cold winter day! Thanks, Dan!

Hot water heater wouldn’t stay lit, so I called Rheem warranty service at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, and I received a call from Hot Water 911 first thing the next morning – unfortunately, I had to wait for the replacement part to be sent to my home from Rheem, so I was unable to even schedule an appointment until it got there: after 2:00 pm Friday. By that time, the guys were getting wrapped up for the day (they work until 4:00 pm), but the very helpful lady on the phone (whose name, unfortunately, escapes me) was able to get service tech Dan Wenciker to stop by on his way home. Dan was courteous, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He tested a few things, replaced my thermophile, then stuck around long enough to make sure it worked. Thanks to him and the helpful lady, we didn’t have to take cold showers all weekend!

I would highly recommend Dan and Hot Water 911.

I had an issue with our water heater and called these guys since they work directly with the manufacturer on warranty claims (Bradford White). They ultimately came out 3x over the course of a 5 week period (one visit was at no charge). The 3rd time they came was after I saw a leak in the tank and they did a full replacement. The staff and service technicians are fantastic…Krista in the office, Greg the Service Manager, and especially Luigi and Dan who came to the house and did more than expected. Highly recommend Hot Water 911!

Hot Water 911 has helped me out on two different occasions over the last year.  Both times they were prompt, professional, and fixed the issues using the least expensive parts and labor costs available.  Most recently, Kirk was my technician and he was super helpful with that as well as a random plumbing question he answered for me.  While I’d say they were still a bit pricey, I realize you get what you pay for and these guys are experts in their field.  I’d recommend them to anyone with a hot water emergency!
